Rote Zora - fruity and sweet
This delicious, healthy (and non-alcoholic) cocktail is impressive ...
Do you like the little red seeds of the pomegranate like me ?! The little fruity "things" taste fresh and crunchy and spice up every meal, cocktails and drinks properly. And now enough chatter, here is a delicious and healthy cocktail recipe:
Ingredients for a wine glass:
80 ml of pomegranate juice
60 ml black currant juice
30 ml Aloe Vera Drinking Gel "Peach"
Soda to fill up
3 teaspoons of fresh pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon currants
If necessary, 20 ml vodka
Mix everything and arrange in a cool wine glass.

Pina Peach - winter, windy, fluffy
Creamy coconut flavor reminds me of "summer, sun, sunshine". But this delicious and creamy cocktail is also a real pleasure in winter.

1 tbsp crema de coco
30 ml Aloe Vera Drinking Gel "Peach"
200 ml pineapple juice
100 ml peach nectar
If necessary 20 ml white rum

Yogurt with fruits and muesli
The healthy food maker - for breakfast or to go!
250g natural yogurt
honey if desired (I take 1 teaspoon)
a handful of nuts
3 tbsp Figu Activ crunchy muesli
2 tbsp different fruits (I like to use red fruits)
Aloe Vera Honey for diluting and further sweetening
possibly 1 teaspoon Fiber Boost or protein powder
Chop the nuts by hand, add the yogurt and honey and mix. Then stir in all the other ingredients and you're done!

Milkshake or "ice cream shake"
The shake for in between - in winter with milk ... in summer with ice -
3 tbsp Figu Active Shake vanilla flavor
300 ml of milk
1 teaspoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon chia seeds
possibly 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Mix everything together in the mixer and then enjoy.
Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce
The quick lunch.
Whole wheat pasta
3 fresh tomatoes
fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives, thyme)
pepper and salt
Water as desired (approx. 150ml)
Onions
4 tbsp Figu Active Tomato-Mediterranée soup
possibly some parmesan
Chop the onions and tomatoes, chop the herbs.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, fry the onions in a pan until translucent, fry the tomatoes for about 3 minutes. Then deglaze with water and stir in the tomato soup. Then stir in most of the herbs.
Arrange the pasta with sauce and serve with the remaining herbs. Grated Parmesan cheese goes well with it.
