Let's mix it! - Healthy cocktails for the winter time

Rote Zora - fruity and sweet

This delicious, healthy (and non-alcoholic) cocktail is impressive ...

Do you like the little red seeds of the pomegranate like me ?! The little fruity "things" taste fresh and crunchy and spice up every meal, cocktails and drinks properly. And now enough chatter, here is a delicious and healthy cocktail recipe:

Ingredients for a wine glass:

  • 80 ml of pomegranate juice

  • 60 ml black currant juice

  • 30 ml Aloe Vera Drinking Gel "Peach"

  • Soda to fill up

  • 3 teaspoons of fresh pomegranate seeds

  • 1 teaspoon currants

  • If necessary, 20 ml vodka

Mix everything and arrange in a cool wine glass.

 

Alugo - the healthy Hugo

The Alugo is a cocktail that tastes refreshing and sparkling with elderflower syrup, lime, mint and tonic….

Ingredients for a wine glass:

  • 20 ml elderflower syrup

  • freshly squeezed lime juice of one lime

  • fresh mint leaves to taste

  • 30 ml Aloe Vera Drinking Gel "Honey"

  • Tonic to fill up

  • ½ teaspoon honey

  • If necessary 20 ml. Sparkling wine

Mix everything and arrange in a cool wine glass.

 

Pina Peach - winter, windy, fluffy

Creamy coconut flavor reminds me of "summer, sun, sunshine". But this delicious and creamy cocktail is also a real pleasure in winter.

Ingredients for a wine glass:

  • 1 tbsp crema de coco

  • 30 ml Aloe Vera Drinking Gel "Peach"

  • 200 ml pineapple juice

  • 100 ml peach nectar

  • If necessary 20 ml white rum

Mix everything and arrange in a cool wine glass.

Yogurt with fruits and muesli

The healthy food maker - for breakfast or to go!

  • 250g natural yogurt

  • honey if desired (I take 1 teaspoon)

  • a handful of nuts

  • 3 tbsp Figu Activ crunchy muesli

  • 2 tbsp different fruits (I like to use red fruits)

  • Aloe Vera Honey for diluting and further sweetening

  • possibly 1 teaspoon Fiber Boost or protein powder

Chop the nuts by hand, add the yogurt and honey and mix. Then stir in all the other ingredients and you're done!

Milkshake or "ice cream shake"

The shake for in between - in winter with milk ... in summer with ice -

  • 3 tbsp Figu Active Shake vanilla flavor

  • 300 ml of milk

  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • possibly 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

Mix everything together in the mixer and then enjoy.

Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce

The quick lunch.

  • Whole wheat pasta

  • 3 fresh tomatoes

  • fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives, thyme)

  • pepper and salt

  • Water as desired (approx. 150ml)

  • Onions

  • 4 tbsp Figu Active Tomato-Mediterranée soup

  • possibly some parmesan

Chop the onions and tomatoes, chop the herbs.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

In the meantime, fry the onions in a pan until translucent, fry the tomatoes for about 3 minutes. Then deglaze with water and stir in the tomato soup. Then stir in most of the herbs.

Arrange the pasta with sauce and serve with the remaining herbs. Grated Parmesan cheese goes well with it.

tomatosoup

  • Figu Active Soup Tomato-Mediterranée

  • 300 ml of water

  • 3 fresh tomatoes

  • onion

  • 75 grams of lean bacon

  • fresh basil

  • Pepper salt

  • if necessary some whipped cream or small mozzarella balls

Chop the bacon, tomatoes and onions and fry them in a saucepan until translucent. Deglaze with water and stir in Figu Active Soup Tomato-Mediterranée. Season with basil, pepper and salt. Serve with a dollop of cream or mozzarella balls.

Goes well with it: whole grain bread

Indian vegetable curry

  • 100 g cauliflower - cut into small florets

  • 50 g snow peas (peas) - cut in half at an angle

  • 1 tomato - eighth

  • 2 tbsp Figu Active Soup Vegetable Curry India

  • 1 clove of garlic - finely chop

  • 1 onion - cut into thin slices

  • 100 ml of milk

  • 100 ml of water

  • some fresh ginger - finely chop

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon tamari (soy sauce)

  • 1 tsp hot curry paste - (do it yourself)

  • some turmeric powder, cardamom powder, finely chopped coriander

  • salt and pepper

Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger until golden, then add the coriander, turmeric, cardamom and the curry paste and heat briefly while stirring.

Top up with milk and water and bring to the boil. Then stir in the Tamari and Figu Active Soup Vegetable Curry India , add the cauliflower and simmer for 5 - 8 minutes. Add the tomatoes and the snow peas to the sauce and simmer for 6 minutes. If necessary, thicken with more Figu Active Soup Vegetable Curry India.

Finally season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with coriander.

Goes well with: Whole grain rice (cook according to package instructions)
